System Goals/Comments: | Dormant audiophile thinks Gizmo/Rosenberg is right - go for configurable/modular/adjustable variety in music replay. |
System Strengths: | 2008: Clean, open, uncolored midrange. No compulsion to make serious changes. |
System Weaknesses: | 2008: bass does not have impact that Klipsch LaScala's have - might someday go for LaScala copy - or stock LaScala woofer/cabinet - up the sensitivity from 98dB/1m/2.83V to 104dB 2001: Lots of them - but still fundamentally fun and crankable (lotsa unstrained, lo fatigue volume easily acheivable. |
