Room Size (LxWxH): 20 x 16 x 7.5
Room Comments/Treatments: Room is completely open to similar size dining room & kitchen on left side. Even so, the sound is nicely focused at my sitting position equidistant from the left and right speakers.
Music Preferences and Comments:
Music Used (Genre/Selections): Acoustic blues/folk/jazz, electric rock & blues rock, classic rock, jam bands, occasional classical
System Goals/Comments: Kaisan - contiuous improvement! I would like the most accurate, uncolored sound reproduction, but I'll settle for what I can afford. I prefer the best in midrange and high frequency presentation, along with accurate bass. The bass doesn't have to be deep, but I like it crisp and realistic. Live sounding soundstage depth and width.
System Strengths: Fast, smooth midrange and highs. Bass getting better with each tweak.
System Weaknesses: A little bright sometimes, instrument and vocal presentation lacking in depth.
Video/HT System: None
Other Interests/Hobbies/Occupation: Play electric bass with a singer/songwriter/acoustic guitarist.
