Amplifier: The Marantz Model 15 Consists of two completely sepatate and electrically isolated power amplifier modules bolted together and attached to a common front panel. There are no operating controls or adjustments on Model 15. Thus the need for Marantz Model 7T Solid State Stereo Console (Preamplifier). The Model 15 has a Frequency response within 1 db, 10 to 60,000 Hz. It's maxium outpot is 70 watts per channel @ 4 ohms, but even at 60 watts @ 8 ohms it produces better than 90 db Damping factor, greater than 150 with 8 ohm load. Power requirements 105 to 135 volts 50-60 Hz, 240 watts. A smallish 15 3/8 in X 5 3/4 in 8 8 in deep, a hefty 30 pounds, 32 in carton. The frequency response of the Model 7T Console is +- 1db 20 to 20,000 ips. With a dynamic Range (Phono input) Approx. 100 db above luv equivalent noise input. These items were purchased by my dad in 1966 with the Model 15 costing about 430.00 and 7T 325.00, and that equates to more than 4,700.00 today
Preamplifier (or None if Integrated): ESS Tower 2 speakers, I don't have any source except my own memory. These ESS Tower's stand about 4 feet high and are approx.24 inch swuares. They have a unique tweeter system, and. Sonud chambers running nearly their full heith. They were purchased in the Mid-70's at a cost of about 800.00
Speakers: Marantz Sales Catalog, Instruction Manual and specification sheets. They also come with extra fuses, and a three year golden warranty. If interested, I also have all the specifications on the Marantz 10B Tuner, that I stupidly chucked when it stopped working in the late 80's.
